Six special curiosities about me
1. My photography journey started as a love story.
My passion for wedding photography grew out of photographing a friend’s wedding. Capturing all those candid, beautiful moments felt magical to me. From that day, I knew I wanted to spend my life capturing love stories.
2. I’m obsessed with natural light and golden hours.
There’s just something about that soft, glowing light during sunrise and sunset that makes everything look like a dream. I always keep my eye out for these special moments on wedding days—they’re pure magic for photos!
3. My favorite part of the wedding day? The quiet moments.
I love the in-between moments: a couple’s first private look, the deep breath just before walking down the aisle, the way hands find each other during a slow dance. Those are the memories I love turning into keepsakes.
4. I’m a hopeless romantic with a soft spot for handwritten vows.
There’s something incredibly personal and emotional about hearing couples’ own words during their vows. They never fail to remind me of why I do what I do.
5. I have a ‘photographer’s survival kit’ that goes with me to every wedding.
It’s stocked with everything from safety pins to snacks, mints, tissues, and a mini sewing kit. Over the years, I’ve become a bit of an honorary wedding planner and emergency go-to person!
6. I believe photos are the best storytellers, and I love keeping them real.
No forced poses, no stiff smiles—just you being you. My goal is to capture the authentic emotion of your day, so you’ll feel it all over again whenever you look back at your photos.
